Voice Logs:
Our system optionally records the conversations between the gate-attendant and the resident - can be used for quality control as well as forensic evidence in the case of a dispute. -
Image Logs:
Connect our system to your CCTV cameras and our system takes a snapshot of the images and logs them with the visitor entry. -
Mobile phone (Smartphone) access:
Management of the system (including reporting) is selectively available to system managers and residents via their web-enabled Smartphones! -
Integrates with existing hardware:
Secsyst can make use of most existing hardware - booms, gates, card readers, etc. and "talks" particularly well with Impro systems. -
Controlled number dialing:
A limited number of contact numbers are listed for each resident. Only these numbers are able to be dialled from the system. In addition, the numbers are not disclosed which adds an extra level of privacy for the resident. -
Controlled calls:
Duration of the calls are limited. (Operators are not able to have lengthy conversations with any on the contacts).
