Our budget product is designed to provide resident and visitor access control for buildings such as apartments, townhouses, clusters, offices and road closures. The system uses the cellular network to call pre-programmed telephone numbers when the desired unit number is entered.

REPORTS:
Gate Access Report
A complete report on the gate operations (or other configured access point triggers), that have occurred during a specific period. Along with the number called, the report also captures the time, date and description of the call.
Telephone Usage Report
This report provides the unit’s number, total call duration in seconds, overall system usage and the total amount due for each unit.
Audit Report per Complex
A complete report of edits or changes made to a unit’s record during a specific period. Records
- Date and time of the change
- Who made the change
- What action was performed
- The unit affected
The report also records the original data (before it was changed)
